PAYMENT Plan?

I am here to ensure your birth journey is seemless and worry free. The standard payment schedule is 50% of fees are due before our first prenatal visit and 50% of fees are due after our third prenatal visit, before birth support. If you desire a payment plan that fits your personal financial space, I will support you. We will have a conversation about it and write it into our contract.

REFUNDS?

Sometimes expectations and reality shifts and you want to ensure your investments are safe. My refund policy is as follows: 1 day - 100% refund, 2 days - 100% refund, 3 days - 50% refund, 4 days - 25% refund, 5 days - no refund.

FINANCIAL AID?

Doubling down on wanting to ensure your birth journey is stress free, I do not turn birthing families away due to an inability to afford my prices. I want to work with you as much as you me! Back Up Doula?

I am so happy to have a wonderful back up doula. She is available if I am unable to join you right away. She is also available if I need a break. I will communicate with her the day of to request her support for you, and you are able to virtually meet her in advance if you’d like. She is available for 8 hours of support.

HOW CAN WE INCORPORATE PARTNERS?

From allowing loved ones to sleep, to keeping them abreast on the moment to moment happenings of labor, I support the greater birth team so that we are all aware and capable of best supporting the birthing person. Emotional and physical support are amazing options that I can review in the moment with your loved ones as well as maintaining awareness when medical professionals are asking questions and doing their best work in moments of emergency.

INSURANCE RIEMBURSEMENT?

I accept a number of insurance carriers listed on “About Your Doula”. If you have these insurance carriers, you probably have birth services fully covered. We will discuss checking eligibility beforehand.

I am here to investigate your insurance riembursement options if you have different health insurance carriers, advise on paperwork, and supply any documentation you need from me. A good start is confirming you have out of network expenses covered.

BIRTH SUPPORT TIME RESTRAINTS?

I am a generous person who supports my birthers as they desire. A general time frame for birth support is a maximum of 15 hours. I will be available over the phone when you are in early labor and join you in active labor.
